Is there a pole move that is eluding you? Come to this LAB prepared with two or three moves you have learned at Aradia that you want to work on. Your instructor will break it down, give you some strengthening tips as well as help you with technique. It’s like a mini-private! NOTE: The number of moves reviewed as well as time spent per student will be dependant on number of students in the class. Please keep in mind that moves only in your level or lower can be attempted during this class (this is for your safety). All levels are welcome!
