Want to accelerate your progress in a safe way? Looking to increase your active flexibility? You will achieve all these goals in this one class! Our assisted bodyweight training pole bands (use by some of the top pole athletes) enhance your natural body movements by deepening stretches and off-setting body weight so you can excel faster and safer! During the conditioning section, the class will be separated based on level as we will be working on moves from basic inverts all the way to assisted aerial ayesha deadlifts on the pole.
